Virtual Pilates Session 

I offer one-on-one virtual Pilates sessions, including both Mat and Equipment Pilates.

*In-person sessions are temporarily unavailable, except for Equinox Members.

Virtual Session Details:

Mat Pilates Sessions. I will guide you through a thorough session specifically designed for your goals. Though we won't work on an apparatus, expect a focused, challenging, and beneficial workout. Depending on your goals, we may incorporate resistance bands and weights. An Amazon equipment list will be sent out prior to your first session. You can expect to use a magic circle, yoga block, yoga mat, and blanket.

Equipment Pilates Sessions, my clients typically use reformers, Wunda chairs, and spine correctors—Aeropilates is a popular brand among them. You don't need all of these equipment pieces; one apparatus is sufficient for your session.

*I'm accepting only 3 more clients in 2025 before reaching maximum capacity.

*Intro-3 pack for New Clients Only - $300 total ($100/ea).
