Meet Inez: Your Partner in Transformative Health and Wellness

Welcome! I’m Inez, a passionate health and wellness expert with over 8 years of experience transforming lives as a Pilates Instructor, Studio Manager, Health Coach and Ayurveda Health Counselor and Reiki Practitioner. My mission is to guide you towards your optimal health through tailored strategies for sustainable weight loss, balanced blood sugar management, effective autoimmune disease support and lifestyle sustainability in optimal health

Combining my expertise in Pilates and Myofascial Release therapy, I empower clients to achieve core strength, body toning, flexibility, Pre/Post Natal pilates, pain relief and post surgery. With a holistic approach that blends Reiki, meditation, Ayurvedic practices, and somatic movement, I help you create harmony in your body, mind, and emotions.

What sets my coaching apart is the understanding that wellness is a personal journey. I focus on promoting longevity and personal discovery, helping you uncover and transform deeply ingrained habits into healthier choices. My supportive and patient method fosters lasting change, enabling you to enjoy intuitive eating and adopt a balanced 80/20 lifestyle—where healthy choices are satisfying rather than restrictive.

Before diving into health and wellness, I forged a successful career as a Fashion Designer in NYC. My shift towards holistic health began as a personal quest for knowledge in cancer prevention and diabetes management. The high-pressure fashion industry drove me to explore various meditation techniques to maintain balance and well-being. A pivotal moment came when I launched my fashion line while facing my father’s cancer diagnosis, prompting a profound reevaluation of my purpose. Moving back to California allowed me to prioritize health and ultimately led to a rewarding career shift—one that nourished my soul and inspired healthier habits in those around me.

I hold certifications from the Health Coach Institute as a Health Coach Practitioner (ICF, CCE), specializing in Behavior Change and Functional Nutrition, and an Ayurvedic Health Counselor through Yogamaya NYC. As a Fully Comprehensive Pilates Instructor trained under Balanced Body, along with my expertise in Myofascial Release Therapy and Trigger Point Therapy, I bring a comprehensive skill set to my clients. Now, based back in NYC, I continue my passion for wellness through Virtual Health and Pilates Programs, serving clients from around the globe.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me indulging my love of fashion, dancing Hula and Tahitian, traveling the world with my partner, or enjoying a refreshing Spin or Yoga class in the city!
