Virtual Sessions

Your Pilates practice will be just as effective on the mat with demos and instructed movement to help reach your goals. A suggested prop list will be sent once booked.

Myofascial Release 

Target chronic tension, restricted movement, and deep holding patterns with hands-on myofascial release. This technique works with your connective tissue to improve mobility, posture and pain relief. Sessions combine trigger point therapy (Pain & tension relief). TPT is a precise and effective technique for relieving chronic pain. Trigger point therapy identifies and releases “knots” in the body to restore function and fluidity. Ideal for clients experiencing back, neck and hip tension. *Often combined with Pilates. ($130)

Reiki Energy Healing

Experience Japanese Energy Medicine Therapy in a 50 minute session. Reiki is a gentle, powerful technique for releasing energetic blocks and restoring balance. Sessions promote emotional clarity, physical ease, physiological release and a sense of grounded calm. Often combined with intuitive guidance and breath work for a deep reset. I'm Inez, a certified Health Coach Practitioner, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, and Reiki Practitioner with almost a decade of experience. I specialize in sustainable weight loss, blood sugar management, autoimmune support, and pain relief through an integrative approach combining Pilates, Myofascial Release, Reiki, and Ayurvedic practices.

My coaching philosophy centers on personalized wellness journeys that transform habits into sustainable lifestyle changes. I primarily work with women 35-70, creating supportive environments for lasting transformation.

After transitioning from a successful NYC fashion design career, I now help clients worldwide heal their relationships with food and body image, guiding them toward balanced health through joyful movement, nourishing practices, and mindful stillness.

  • We offer Pilates classes, health coaching, Reiki sessions, and Myofascial Release therapy to support your physical and mental well-being.

  • You can book sessions through our online booking system or email. Please visit our "Booking" page for more details or email info@healthcoachinez.com

  • Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows movement. For Pilates, barefoot or grippy socks are suggested (no shoes). For Myofascial Release and Reiki, wearing loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

  • Please inform your practitioner of any health concerns or preferences before your appointment. Arrive a few minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process and to make the most of your session

    Check-in Process:

    You may need to undergo two check-ins:

    ● The first at the building’s front desk, where you should inform them you're here for Mint Pilates, hosted by Arrive Studio.

    ● The second at the Arrive Studio front desk on an iPad. If it’s your first visit, the front desk staff will give you a quick tour of the space. I will meet you at the front desk when you arrive.

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid charges. Due to high demand and limited availability, cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full for the scheduled session. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us accommodate other clients and respects our instructors’ schedules.

  • No, we offer classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Please select the class that matches your experience level.
